Of everything you did last week as a teacher, what would you do differently? Why?

My classroom management skills was not the best last week because of me having to put more focus on outside activities such as putting physical together for other sports I coach, and driving the cheese wagon to of sporting events. I am responsible for making sure that the transportation runs smoothly. I have decided that I am one person and should delagate duties to others. I have always been told "If you want something done right, do it yourself" I need to work on trusting others this week.
